Pilates class

Tuesday afternoon Pilates class. Led by myself a Chartered Physiotherpist.

Pilates is a fantastic form of exercise to build muscle strength, core strength and aid in flexiblity. It can help to prevent and relieve back pain and can help in the recovery or prevention of other joint issues.

It is also a great way to stay fit and active and help you to feel good.
